Delete your Dwarjo account

You can ask us to delete your Dwarjo account and the personal data linked to it at any time.

How to request deletion

Email hello@dwarjo.com from the email address on your profile, or send the request from the

mobile number you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm the request

with a one-time code to that number, then delete the account within 7 days.

Your name, phone number, email address, sign-in sessions, notification history, visitor passes

you created, comments you posted, and the link between you and any flat or society.

Records that belong to your society rather than to you stay with the society: gate entry and exit

logs, approved visitor decisions, maintenance bills and confirmed payments, and requests you

raised, with your name replaced by "Former resident". Societies need these for their accounts

and security records, and the law requires financial records to be kept.
